A high-fiber diet can help prevent cancer and heart disease.

Fiber = Roughage

Roughage or solid food; aides the digestion and helps to remove fecal material (or crap). Basically, you can either keep all the crap inside you, sticking to your insides and rotting away, or you can just eat more fiber and get rid of it - you decide!

You won't find much fiber in fast food either. Fast food places are not obliged to do much more for your health other than publish small print on the back of your purchase.

You can't trust food manufacturers to provide you with anything that's good for you.

This is why you have to take control of what you're eating and the first step towards this is greater awareness.
