"I tried healthy food once and didn't like it" - sound familiar?

Did you know - there are more recipes in the world than the total amount of meals anyone will ever eat in a lifetime?

The idea that we have tried something 'once' and didn't like it, is an excuse so that we can stay inside our comfort zones and not take any ACTION. Make a conscious effort to try new things and see it as a crime not to. Imagine if you died before ever tasting chocolate, pizza or chips!
