"You've eating nothing but SH*T, give me some real food".
I trust, that you've also read all the other Rules and are not so LAZY, you thought
"I can't be bothered, I feel like taking another shortcut"! If you continue to take shortcuts in life, one of your next shortcuts will be to the grave!
Better to be fat and happy than thin and sad? - if you're telling yourself this, you've been conditioning yourself mentally into staying fat. This is so you don't have to take action, it's so you can stay inside your comfort zone and do NOTHING! Remember -
