- Email me your interest and I will supply you with a free webpage! (this is where your link to Amazon will reside).

Enter the name of your free webpage (which I will supply you with) into the Affiliate sign-up page. (Note: don't use the same email address which you buy with from Amazon) - You will then be given a unique ID from Amazon (around 16 characters long)
